Our Team

SwitchDye was born from a conversation between Professors Richard Blackburn and Christopher Rayner at the University of Leeds, a vision for a drop-in technology that would solve growing issues in the textiles industry. That vision was brought to life through a decade of research and development by Nathaniel Crompton and Harrison Oates, who turned it into a working, scalable solution with the power to transform the industry.
